Why This Role Is Right for You
As an AI Transformation Generalist, you will serve as a key enabler of AI-driven change across the organization. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams to identify use cases, manage cross-functional initiatives, and help embed AI capabilities across business functions. Your mission is to make AI adoption actionable, scalable, and impactful.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Map and analyze business processes to uncover high-value opportunities for AI-driven optimization and innovation
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration between business teams, IT, data science, and external partners
• Drive change management by promoting AI literacy, facilitating workshops and training, and fostering cultural adoption throughout the organization
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize deployed AI initiatives by defining KPIs and measuring benefits, iterating for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and ethical considerations, and integrate them into your transformation strategy.

Essential Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of core AI concepts, such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI.
• Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional technology initiatives, ideally involving AI or automation.
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
