Eligibility

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Master’s, in Business, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Banking or FI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management and project management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, innovation, and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
• Conduct weekly and monthly analysis of consumer product performance, including SLA monitoring and trend identification.
• Evaluate and analyze current departmental processes to identify areas for improvement and enhanced efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic goals and streamline operational workflows.
