Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Solution Architect - Service Now IRM/GRC 

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the team & work closely with client enterprise architecture team and client ServiceNow Teams 

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow platform, leading ServiceNow practices, advancements, and innovation 
• Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow IRM implementation, leading ServiceNow practices, advancements, and innovation 
• Must have experience on overall platform capabilities with specialization in IRM implementation (Policy and compliance, Risk management, Audit management, Operational resilience, Vendor Risk management, Business continuity management modules) 
• Understanding of IRM domain and its fundamentals. 
• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow GRC product offerings ad ability to develop solution architecture with ServiceNow IRM Products 
• Must have good understanding on inter relationship between ServiceNow IRM products with other ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, SecOps 
• Solutioning and Designing the IRM solution using industry best practices. 
• Experience in doing entity scoping exercise. 
• Understand overall business objective and run workshops to gather detailed requirements and, design the solution with the necessary applications that needs to be integrated. 
• Configuring IRM portals. 
• Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations 
• Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances. 
• Configuring Policies, Risks, Audit test plans, Vendor contracts, Operational reports, and integration either with UCF or configuration of ServiceNow use case accelerators 
• Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications

• • Relevant years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation 
• • Relevant years of experience in working in IRM domain out of which minimum years in the role of IRM Architect 
• • Experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators. 
• • Excellent customer facing skills 
• • Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems 
• • Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS. 
• • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM 
• • Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance. 
• • Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management 
• • Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. (Good to have)
