Job Description
This dynamic role combines administrative excellence with creative marketing, offering you the opportunity to be the backbone of daily operations while showcasing beautiful wine destinations through engaging content. You’ll manage critical booking operations for international clients while creating compelling social media content during quieter periods. Responsibilities
- Process and manage booking requests from travel agencies and clients worldwide, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle booking confirmations, reference numbers, hotel information, and client data entry
- Respond to booking inquiries and availability requests within industry-standard 24-hour timeframes
- Conduct daily check-ins to monitor booking backlogs and prioritise urgent requests
- Create engaging Instagram content and manage social media feeds that showcase premium wine experiences
- Develop compelling LinkedIn content and posts to attract high-end clientele
- Write and distribute newsletters that highlight unique wine tour offerings
- Execute general marketing tasks and organic promotion across various platforms during slower booking periods
- Maintain consistent quality control and double-check all booking details for errors
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience with booking systems, data entry, and client management
- Social media marketing experience with portfolio examples demonstrating creativity and engagement
- Understanding of wine culture and premium hospitality industry standards
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with variable daily workloads and shifting priorities
- Flexibility to seamlessly transition between administrative and marketing tasks
- Cultural awareness and sophistication to represent high-end clientele
