Job Description
This is an exciting hybrid role that combines creative digital marketing with meaningful customer interactions in a specialized safety-focused industry. You’ll serve as the voice of the company during the owner’s travel periods, ensuring seamless communication with prospects and customers while managing engaging social media presence. Responsibilities
- Create and manage regular social media posting schedules across multiple platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and social media engagement promptly
- Handle customer inquiries from website, social media, and other communication channels
- Qualify leads for specialized training courses and consulting services
- Provide comprehensive customer support coverage during owner’s business travel
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels to maintain relationship continuity
- Ensure no customer or prospect inquiry experiences delays in response time
- Support the transition from consulting services to scalable training program offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with solid understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Graphic design capabilities for creating engaging social media posts and marketing materials
- Excellent written communication skills with customer-facing experience
- Customer service background with demonstrated ability to qualify leads effectively
- Familiar with Learnworlds and/or building on-line courses is a bit plus but not required.
- Versatility to handle both creative marketing tasks and professional client support interactions
- Strong independent work ethic with ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously
- Willingness to provide coverage during business owner travel periods
- Interest in working within a specialized safety products industry serving critical applications
