-Supervise and support the HR Generalists team in day-to-day operations.
-Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
-Monitor performance management processes and support managers in appraisals.
-Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
-Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
-Support training and development initiatives across departments.
-Coordinate compensation and benefits administration.
-Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and HR systems updates.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.
-3/5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
-Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and MS Office.
-Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially within Supply Chain or Logistics functions.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
