Job Requirements:

  • Ready to be placed in ASTON Malang Hotel & Converence Center, East Java
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in writing, content creation, and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content (photography/video skills are an advantage).
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across hotel departments.

Job Description:

Media & Influencer Relations

  • Build strong ties with media and influencers.
  • Draft/distribute press releases and maintain media database.
  • Coordinate media visits, press events, and coverage.
  • Support crisis communication with timely, accurate messaging.

Social Media Management

  • Manage the hotel’s official social channels in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, stories).
  • Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, and engage followers.
  • Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare reports.

Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and promote hotel events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with community, government, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support CSR initiatives and community-focused activities.
  • Identify and manage reputational risks.
  • Deliver consistent messaging during crises.
  • Liaise with media, management, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain crisis protocols and train staff on best practices.
  • Branding & Creative Standards
  • Plan and promote hotel events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with community, government, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support CSR initiatives and community-focused activities.

  • Innovate within brand standards to deliver fresh, engaging ideas.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute campaigns to promote rooms, F&B outlets, facilities, and seasonal offers.
  • Monitor performance, track ROI, and prepare reports.
  • Align campaigns with revenue, sales, and operations objectives.

Events & Partnerships

  • Create and manage hotel events, activations, and marketing activities that enhance guest experience and brand visibility.
  • Partner with local communities, lifestyle brands, and influencers for collaborative initiatives.
  • Support hotel participation in exhibitions, fairs, and industry events.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and Google Ads.
  • Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and recommend innovative online strategies
