Responsibilities

• Independently collect and analyze information about new products, technologies, and trends (conferences, scientific articles, etc.).
• Manage plans, goals, budgets, and timelines for new product development.
• Provide technical consultation to all relevant departments on matters related to new products.
• Organize, document, and share new product-related information across departments.
• Support the sales process by directly advising customers on technical aspects of new products.
• Design and optimize production processes to meet the requirements of new products.
• Monitor production and sales KPIs related to new products, identify risks, and initiate corrective measures.
• Train and mentor junior engineers, supporting their professional growth.

Required Superpowers

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Photonics, or related fields
• At least 3 years of academic or industrial experience in photonics, optical coatings, or laser technologies
• Hands-on proficiency with advanced laboratory techniques and equipment relevant to photonics and optical coatings, including Ion Beam Sputtering.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the ideation, development, and implementation of new products and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations in both Lithuanian and English.
