Key Responsibilities

- 2. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
- Handle accounting activities with proficiency in SAP FICO.
- Coordinate with Central Accounts for preparation and finalization of books of accounts for the Asset Development Division.
- Extract project-wise financial data in required formats for stakeholders.
- Independently manage payments, including foreign remittances, in coordination with banks.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow projections for projects.
- Assist in preparation of the Annual Business Plan for the division.
- Process payments as per DOA and monitor budgets.
- Liaise with banks for fund and non-fund based instruments (BGs, LCs, Buyers Credit, import documentation).
- Maintain BG MIS and coordinate with the Indirect Tax team for GST-related matters.
- Review vendor, GL, and customer balances in SAP.
- Independently operate SAP MM and FI modules.
- Create WBS structures and networks; manage budget additions, breakdowns, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with Procurement for PO/WO creation and service entry sheets.
- Reconcile blocked invoice queries and monitor budget vs commitments.
- Prepare inter-office memos for capitalization of capital expenses.
- Generate reports from SAP and coordinate with technical teams for service/material code creation and issue resolution.
3. Relationship Management
- Coordinate and correspond with project technical teams and other departments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management review.
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Collaborate effectively within the team and foster cooperation across functions.

1. Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- B.Com / BBA / M.Com (mandatory)
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP MM, and related software
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO and SAP MM
