We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience leading engineering initiatives in dynamic, agile environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design Principles.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and frontend frameworks such as React, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
• Experience working with Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, and SQL Server.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and external libraries.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web service architectures.
• Skilled in performance tuning, debugging, and memory optimization.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing frameworks, and modern software architectural patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Jira, and Google Analytics (where applicable).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in fast-paced, Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in distributed cross-functional teams.
