Requirements

What You’Ll Do

• Build, maintain, and scale backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement secure, high-performance, and well-documented APIs.
• Develop and manage authentication and authorization flows (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Design and maintain structured databases, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams for seamless integration.
• Explore and deploy solutions on AWS/GCP or similar cloud environments.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce clean architecture, and ensure high code quality.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf, Claude, GPT) to accelerate and optimize workflows.
• Take ownership — identify problems, experiment with new ideas, and improve systems without waiting for instructions.

What We’Re Looking For

• Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and Python-based frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong fundamentals in backend architecture, data modeling, and structured databases.
• Deep understanding of secure API design and auth mechanisms.
• Ability to create clear, contextual documentation for APIs and backend logic.
• A proactive mindset — curious, independent, and constantly learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-To-Haves

• Familiarity with ReactJS / NextJS.
• Experience with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of AI-assisted dev tools and agentic frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain).
• Experience with testing frameworks, caching, and microservice architectures.
