Position Description:

Radware is a global leader in cybersecurity protection solutions for networks and applications. As part of our continued growth in cloud services, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Network Engineer to join our customer services group. 

You will be part of the team supporting mission-critical infrastructure, assisting senior engineers in resolving technical network issues, and growing your expertise in network and security technologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior network engineers in incident response and troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist in monitoring network performance and reacting to alerts and system events.
• Help investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues related to the network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NOC, onboarding, and engineering.
• Document resolutions and maintain updated network documentation.
• Participate in on-call support rotation (as needed and trained).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in networking or network operations.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching fundamentals.
• Familiarity with routing protocols such as BGP.
• Exposure to Cisco/Juniper network devices – hands-on experience preferred.
• HTTP/HTTPS, Linux OS, and load balancing – advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and grow in network security and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
• Certification like CCNA preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications.
• Scripting experience (e.g., Python) – a plus.
