Digital Marketing Associate (2–5 Years Exp.)

📍 Location: Chennai or Bangalore

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Associate to collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing who is eager to drive impact across global campaigns and contribute to Corporater’s growth.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Take a lead on the planning, QA, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization of subscriber engagement and lead nurturing activities.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for event campaigns, subscriber newsletters, drip campaigns, and content refurbishing.
• Collaborate with designers to develop templates, test, and execute relevant creative assets.
• Work with Events, Social, and MarTech teams to execute regional and ABM initiatives.
• Analyze data to assess engagement rate and report performance.
• Monitor conversion of key assets and landing pages and run redirection or A/B tests to improve the audience experience.
• Work in synergy with the rest of the Corporater Marketing team to identify new opportunities and ways to improve demand marketing.
• This position is based out of our office in Chennai or Bangalore.

✅ Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or Media/Communication.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferably some international exposure).
• Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
• Strong competence in content/copywriting.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
