About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong payroll experience and excellent skills in Microsoft Excel to join our HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of HR functions while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll and HR data management.

The main accountabilities of the role include:

  • Handle payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the SHRD, HRBP and the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records, administer benefits, and update HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the SHRD and HRBP in implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports, analyze data, and provide insights using advanced Excel functions.
  • Support recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of the HRBP.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll and HR generalist functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
