Job Purpose

The intern will assist in store allocation activities, tracking and monitoring supply chain operations and perform administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in store allocation planning and execution, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Support the team in tracking and monitoring inventory movement, delivery schedules and store performance.
  • Perform data entry, documentation, and filing to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment on supply chain activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager and team.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Supply Chain, Logistics or any fields. 
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  • Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
