Tasks & Responsibilities

• You will lead the onboarding process for new hires;
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs;
• Support new hire groups and ensure the quality and effectiveness of training;
• Work with leadership to identify areas for improvement and create solutions;
• Liaise with the Quality, Operations, IT, and HR teams to ensure smooth training processes;
• Manage multiple tasks at the same time with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred);
• Proven experience as a trainer;
• Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 or higher).
