Job Description

We are looking for a Manager/Expert to lead/collaborate with our Process & AI team (5 FTE), who primarily act as GTM AI & Process Orchestrator, supporting operational excellence and revenue growth, as part of the Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market Strategy team.
The Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market Strategy team plays an important role in driving sustainability impact at scale, creating value for our customers and cultivating world class talent. This is achieved by working closely with all levels in the company to help in defining and driving forward strategic, operational and organizational improvements at Ecovadis.
The Frontline AI Process Orchestrator is a strategic and highly practical role responsible for leveraging our existing Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack and Google AI capabilities (Gemini, Workspace, Vertex AI tools) to design, implement, and optimize automated, AI-driven revenue processes. This role requires an expert understanding of AI functionality and business workflows to dramatically improve Frontline efficiency without writing custom code.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Process Architecture: Design and map end-to-end GTM processes (with the support of the process team (4FTE on processes) and architect how to execute them using no-code methods and Google AI.
  • Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning: Act as the internal expert on prompt engineering for Google AI, crafting precise, structured inputs to achieve highly accurate and on-brand outputs for sales content, email drafts, and research summaries.
  • AI Solution Deployment: Configure and deploy GTM solutions using a combination of Google AI tools (e.g., Gemini API via low-code connectors, Google Sheets/Apps Script integrations, or Agentspace AI features) to automate data enrichment, content generation, and task management, in close collaboration with our AI CoE (Center of AI expertise), and our CIO organization.
  • System Integration: with the support of our Enterprise Architect team, ensure seamless data flow and trigger logic between core GTM systems (CRM, Marketing Automation) and Google AI endpoints, typically through native platform features or low-code automation tools.
  • Ensure proper A/B testing prior implementation
  • The entire scope (team included)  will be in charge of  
  • (4FTE) : Proactively identify inefficiencies in Frontline  workflows (e.g., manual research, slow lead handoffs) and implement AI-driven automation to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate velocity. Ensure a reporting is available to track the measurable impact of AI-enabled processes on KPIs 
  • (1 FTE) : deploy and train Frontline teams on leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini in Gmail/Docs) and adhere to process best practices  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a highly analytical or process-focused role (e.g., RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Business Analyst), with demonstrated success in implementing automation.
  • AI Proficiency (Applied):
  • Proven hands-on experience utilizing and configuring Google AI tools for business purposes (e.g., Gemini for content/research, Vertex AI for no-code model tuning).
  • Expert-level ability in prompt engineering and managing LLM outputs for high-quality, reliable results.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep practical expertise in configuring and managing core GTM platforms (CRM and Marketing Automation, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze funnel metrics, identify process deficiencies, and articulate the business value of new automation workflows.
  • Process Mindset: A dedication to treating the GTM journey as a machine that can be continually optimized through clear, logical, and repeatable steps.
