Location Slough Job Family Corporate Functions Job Type Full Time Posted Date 01-Oct-2025 Ref # 69664The Centre of Excellence for Commercial Finance provides all finance decision support and business partnering to the business, via direct support into our Agile Tribes and Squads. The team are responsible for all decision support, including pricing and proposition evaluation across acquisition, in-life, retention, and future propositions, as well as marketing, stock, contact, channels and data analytics & platforms. This includes any analysis to support achievement of business objectives & key results.
The key purpose of the role is to provide financial and commercial management & leadership to the 'I Choose' tribe and wider business. This includes driving financial accountability and providing visibility of P&L trajectory, and identifying and managing risks & opportunities, whilst supporting in optimising commercial performance that drives out-performance across the market. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a leadership mindset across the business, ensuring our agile transformation delivers highly successful outcomes whilst maintaining and evolving appropriate governance

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Knowledge & experience of business partnering, financial modelling, evaluation of initiatives & pricing proposals, and value generation
- Resilient leader, not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive outstanding performance
- Desire to drive the business to achieve its goals

- Passionate about driving business performance to the next level
- Keen to drive improvements in accountability & governance within the tribe
