About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive (National Talent) - Accounting and Finance to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support the Finance Manager in reviewing departmental performance and ensuring internal procedures are followed effectively.
• Prepare and verify daily reports, sales data, and inventory updates to maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate weekly checks and analyses such as stock audits, product usage reviews, and operational reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly reporting, system updates, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial closing.
• Monitor inter-departmental transactions, data accuracy, and compliance with established policies.
• Compile and share periodic reports while supporting other assigned financial or administrative tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• UAE National as per the Government requirements.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting or its equivalent.
• Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
