Job Summary:

As a Withdrawal Specialist, you will work in our Payments Operations team to review withdrawals for exceptions handling, evaluate player activity and identify suspicious activity. The work requires attention to detail and extensive and accurate documentation.  An interest in sports and sports betting is helpful, but not an absolute must.  

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY:

  • Review and Release transactions for customers in the given SLA period for multiple states  
  • Ensure that all day-to-day tasks are being completed in accordance with our standards
  • Support customers to resolve inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner and providing superior service  
  • Work closely with Payments and Fraud Analysts, providing research for investigations and chargeback inquiries  
  • Complete payment projects as required to support compliance, risk and fraud reduction and other department mandates  
  • Collaborate with different areas of the business to provide support, including operations, marketing, and compliance  
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure that we continue to provide the best customer experience for our customers
  • Report any adverse trends, issues and/or anomalies to the senior analyst
  • Promote a positive image for Caesars Sportsbook within the industry and community

What You Will Need:

  • 1+ years of experience in payments/fraud in an e-commerce environment. Experience in digital gaming or gambling an advantage  
  • Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience required  
  • Ability to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teams  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills  
  • Previous experience of working in a highly regulated industry  
  • Understanding of a Card Not present environment

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time                                           
  • Must be able to type and monitor a computer for extended periods of time                          
  • Regular attendance in the office     

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $44,024.07 - $78,281.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
