The Boeing Company’s Engineering, Test and Technology (ET&T) Human Resources (HR) Operations organization is currently seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team in Aurora, CO; Chicago, IL; Everett, WA; Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; El Segundo, CA; Ridley Park, PA.

This role will define the strategic direction and lead the development of advanced Business Intelligence (BI) information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports to support the ET&T organization. It demands a blend of technical proficiency, programming and SQL expertise, along with strong business insight to deliver scalable BI solutions that drive improved business productivity and outcomes. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the Talent Analytics team to contribute to enterprise-wide analytics dashboards, metrics, and data standards. Additionally, this position involves partnering on research initiatives within the Business Unit and throughout the employee life cycle, leveraging enterprise tools and data platforms as part of the broader People Analytics community of practice.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication and consulting abilities. They are adept at working collaboratively across global teams and effectively managing multiple priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic direction for Business Intelligence initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead the design and development of complex information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports
  • Innovate and enhance HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Combine programming and Structured Query Language (SQL) expertise with business knowledge to create efficient, scalable BI solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions
  • Ensure BI solutions improve business productivity and support data-driven decision-making in partnership with the People Analytics organization.
  • Maintain best practices in BI development, data governance, and reporting standards
  • Consult and advise senior management in the business and HR on metrics and reports

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years in programming skills and with BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, SQL, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and/or business analytics
  • 5+ years of experience with project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Analytics, or related discipline
  • Experience in a global enterprise environment with complex workforce systems.
  • Experience in strategic BI planning and execution
  • Experience innovating and executing BI processes to improve data-driven decision-making

Summary pay range: $119,850 – 204,000
