Employee Relations Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain a positive organizational culture.
Grievance Management: Investigate and resolve employee grievances or complaints, ensuring that all issues are handled in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator between employees and management in cases of conflicts or disputes, ensuring that resolutions align with company policies and applicable laws.
Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop and update company policies related to employee conduct, workplace behavior, and compliance. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and enforced consistently.
Employee Engagement: Partner with HR and other departments to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Develop programs and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee rights, and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws, workplace safety, and other legal frameworks. Stay updated on changes to employment laws.
Training and Development: Provide training to managers and employees on employee relations best practices, conflict management, and legal compliance.
Reporting and Analytics: Collect and analyze data on employee relations issues, trends, and feedback to assess the effectiveness of current practices and identify areas for improvement.
Workplace Investigations: Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, or policy violations, maintaining confidentiality and neutrality throughout the process
Experience of handling POSH , COC , Whistle blower investigations.
