Position Summary
The Co-Curricular Assessment & Transcript Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing the University’s Co-Curricular Transcript and the systematic assessment of all co-curricular activities. This role directly contributes to advancing Ajman University’s mission by ensuring that student development initiatives are recognized, documented, and aligned with the University’s Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs) . In addition , the cucuricular activities transcript will support students' employability. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills to manage multi-stakeholder engagement across faculties, units, and administrative offices.
Key Responsibilities

- 2. Assessment of Co-Curricular Activities
- Design, compile, and maintain a comprehensive Co-Curricular Transcript system that documents students’ participation and achievements in activities across all university offices, faculties, and units.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to collect, verify, and standardize data on student involvement.
- Generate periodic reports to track student engagement, trends, and outcomes.
- Ensure timely implementation of the Co-Curricular Transcript system.
- Provide training and guidance to relevant staff and students on the use and significance of the transcript.
- Evaluate and align all DSS-planned and implemented co-curricular activities with Ajman University’s Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs).
- Apply assessment tools to measure the educational impact of co-curricular programs.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative units to ensure activities are designed with measurable learning objectives.
- Prepare assessment reports that inform program improvements and contribute to the University’s strategic planning and accreditation processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Student Affairs, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student services, co-curricular programming, or higher education administration.
- Familiarity with institutional learning outcomes, accreditation standards, and student development frameworks.
- Experience in database management and educational assessment tools is an asset.
