Relationship Manager - Dealership

Responsibilities

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Development Manager/Team Leader to join our team in Vietnam./ Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm Dealership Development Manager/Team Leader - một ứng viên năng động, dày dặn kinh nghiệm và sở hữu mạng lưới quan hệ rộng trong ngành ô tô - để cùng đồng hành phát triển kinh doanh tại thị trường Việt Nam.

This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with a strong network within the automotive industry who can drive strategic partnerships and business growth./Vị trí này phù hợp với người có khả năng xây dựng quan hệ chiến lược và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh doanh mạnh mẽ.

- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives./Dẫn dắt và quản lý nhóm để đạt được chỉ tiêu doanh số và mục tiêu kinh doanh.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, car rental companies, two-wheeler dealerships, distributors, and/or producers./Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ bền vững với các đại lý ô tô, công ty cho thuê xe, đại lý xe hai bánh, nhà phân phối và/hoặc nhà sản xuất.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the automotive sector./Tìm kiếm cơ hội kinh doanh mới và thiết lập các mối quan hệ hợp tác chiến lược trong ngành ô tô.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnerships./Đàm phán và chốt hợp đồng, đảm bảo lợi ích đôi bên và mối quan hệ hợp tác bền vững.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy./Phân tích xu hướng thị trường và hoạt động của đối thủ để định hướng chiến lược kinh doanh.

- Provide training and support to partners on FUSE Vietnam's products and services./Đào tạo và hỗ trợ đối tác về sản phẩm và dịch vụ của FUSE Vietnam.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management./Chuẩn bị và trình bày các báo cáo hiệu suất định kỳ cho cấp quản lý cấp cao.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role, preferably within the automotive or insurance industry./Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng, phát triển kinh doanh hoặc quản lý khách hàng - ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong ngành ô tô hoặc bảo hiểm.

- An established network and strong relationships with key players in the automotive, car rental, and two-wheeler sectors./ Sở hữu mạng lưới và mối quan hệ vững chắc với các đối tác trong lĩnh vực ô tô, cho thuê xe và xe hai bánh.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills./Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý nhóm xuất sắc.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities./Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và thuyết trình tốt.

• Fluency in English is a plus./ Ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets./ Tư duy hướng đến kết quả và có thành tích đạt/ vượt chỉ tiêu.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment./ Có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như phối hợp nhóm trong môi trường năng động.
