About the Role
We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Service Coordinator to join our team in the Netherlands. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service operations, coordinating with technicians, and handling administrative tasks to support our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service technicians
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Manage administrative tasks related to service jobs
• Plan and coordinate service activities
• Register new customers in CERP and create service projects
• Provide service quotations and handle invoicing/crediting in the system

Your Profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
