Wood is looking for a Planning Engineer to follow different activities in a construction site in Romania for a key Client. The mission of the candidate is to support Client and Wood in managing a portfolio of concurrent projects (Integration program) performed by Wood and other EPC contractors.
We offer a fixed term contract 12 months with possibility of renewal.
Key task will be to manage an integrated Primavera schedule of the projects, availing of the inputs coming from contractors’ schedules and taking care of identifying and manage priorities and interfaces among them.

- Development of detailed schedules in conjunction with Client and project team
- Development of progress measurement systems and reporting of progress and productivity
- Co-ordination of schedule interfaces between clients' and epc contractors' activities
- Provide regular forecasting of project schedule including key milestones
- Lead regular schedule review meetings with the project team, clients and subcontractors
- Production of weekly and monthly progress reports to the project management team

- Around 5 years experience matured in planning through assignments to construction sites
- A pro-active approach to solving problems and getting the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, energetic and tenacious
- Willing to share information
- Fluent English is required, knowledge of Romanian Language is a plus
Be eligible to work in Romania is a mandatory requirement.
