The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Director to take a leading role in the successful delivery of a major, high impact programme that will shape the future of our organisation and the communities we support.

• Overseeing large scale projects from inception to completion, you’ll ensure alignment with strategic goals and the achievement of measurable outcomes.
• Having the scope to influence key decisions will be a major part of your role. You’ll guide a skilled, multi disciplinary team and work closely with senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes that truly matter.
• You’ll have the autonomy to shape plans, set priorities, and make decisions that move the business forward.
• Connecting strategy with action is essential, ensuring that progress is tangible, sustainable, and aligned with our broader vision.

Who You Are

• You’re an experienced project leader who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and purpose to complex programmes.
• You understand how to balance the strategic and the practical ,guiding teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and successfully.
• You’ll bring strong experience in managing multi disciplinary teams, overseeing budgets, and implementing effective project controls.
• Confident and collaborative, you’re skilled at building trusted relationships and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
• You’re motivated by seeing ambitious plans become reality and take pride in delivering work that makes a lasting difference.
