Senior Product Associate - Connected Commerce Card Installment

As a Senior Product Associate in Connected Commerce, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities

• Engages with cross-functional teams (including software engineering, architecture, and Quality Assurance) to advance the product’s vision and strategy, ensuring customer needs are satisfied.
•  Assess, understand and measure customer need and value drivers; Leverages data analytics and deep customer journey knowledge to win market share and increase adoption by delivering new and enhanced products
• Executes in accordance with the direction from leadership by setting priorities and providing a strategic and tactical vision for the team; Trusted partner to the business and driving solutions through influence.
• Prioritizes work for delivery teams relative to product roadmap; Creates user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria; Demos the product to key stakeholders and customers
• Works with product marketing to drive awareness and adoption of the product

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 6+ years of work experience Product Management  along Working knowledge of product management techniques (e.g., product strategy development, customer engagement)
• Knowledge of process modelling techniques (e.g., value stream mapping)
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• Basic understanding of financial management, such as investment processes, business case development, cost and recovery models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers
• Experience in managing agile, cross-functional teams, often through influence (i.e., not direct oversight)
• Clearly and succinctly organize concepts into an actionable path that delivers progress
• Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and  making decisions with ambiguous information
• Agile Experience with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques
• Hands on Experience of Functional Design Documentation including Business Use Cases, PRDs and Business Requirements formulation
• Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders

• Experience in banking or financial domain
