As a Static Data Maintenance Analyst within the Trade & Working Capital team, you will process static data maintenances and respond to queries for customer accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery of services. You will support the team’s goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Process static data maintenance requests for customer accounts with precision
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within established timelines
- Review processes regularly and suggest improvements for efficiency
- Meet goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in daily operations
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- 1+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Static Data function, or Payment processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear stakeholder articulation
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications
- Ability to work in teams, solve problems, and demonstrate strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Knowledge of Trade & Working Capital products
- Experience with international payments systems such as SWIFT, CHIPS, or FED
- Willingness to work in any shift, including night shifts
- Ability to handle tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
