Reference Data Specialist

As a Static Data Maintenance Analyst within the Trade & Working Capital team, you will process static data maintenances and respond to queries for customer accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery of services. You will support the team’s goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Process static data maintenance requests for customer accounts with precision
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within established timelines
• Review processes regularly and suggest improvements for efficiency
• Meet goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in daily operations

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• 1+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Static Data function, or Payment processing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear stakeholder articulation
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications
• Ability to work in teams, solve problems, and demonstrate strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• Knowledge of Trade & Working Capital products
• Experience with international payments systems such as SWIFT, CHIPS, or FED
• Willingness to work in any shift, including night shifts
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
