Senior Product Manager

As we expand the impact of Copilot to mobile, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy, design, and execution of Microsoft 365 Copilot’s mobile app experience—building a truly AI-first assistant that fits seamlessly into the workflows of our users on the go. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the mobile experience for millions of users, working at the intersection of AI, productivity, and mobile innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive chat fundamentals for the mobile app, focusing on First Time Resolution (FTR), satisfaction rate, and time to load. 
• Establish and monitor key metrics: FTR, satisfaction rate, load time, and responsiveness. 
• Design and run evaluations (A/B tests, live experiments) to continuously improve chat quality and performance. 
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver a robust, scalable, and secure mobile chat experience. 
• Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.

Qualifications

Required

• 6+ years in product management, with experience in native mobile apps.  
• Experience in fundamentals on web or native apps. 
• Strong analytical skills and experience running evaluations and experiments. 
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

Preferred

• Experience with AI-powered applications with focus on mobile apps. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, LLMs, or other AI APIs. 
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and experimentation. 
• Demonstrated success launching v1 products and scaling adoption.
