Business Intelligence Developer/Architect

Design and create robust, scalable BI solutions like Power BI reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities include transforming business requirements into technical data solutions.

Detailed Responsibilities

• BI Platform Architecture: Design and architect scalable Business Intelligence platforms, including data models, reporting layers, and data flow within tools like Power BI. 
• Power BI Solution Development: Oversee the development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and adhere to standards. 
• Data Integration & Modelling: Integrate diverse data sources, build and maintain data dictionaries and entity-relationship models, and ensure data traceability. 
• Security & Access Control: Implement and manage data security measures, including role-based and row-level security within Power BI environments.  

Requirements

• Deep understanding of data architecture principles, data modelling, data warehousing, and BI tools such as Power BI. 
• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret complex data and troubleshoot data-related issues effectively. 
• Ability to align data architecture with enterprise-wide strategic goals and the organization's data direction. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business leaders, architects, and engineers, translating complex concepts clearly. 
• Expertise in implementing security features, data protection, risk management, and adherence to data governance policies. 
• Fluent Japanese and English speaker.
