Principal Platform Architect - Morning Shift

Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Platform Architect specializing in Oracle Solutions to lead the design, implementation, and strategic direction of our Oracle-based enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle technologies, a strong architectural mindset, and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle solutions across multiple business units ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. 
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for Oracle technology stack. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Drive innovation and adoption of new Oracle technologies and cloud solutions. 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Oracle development and infrastructure teams. 
• Ensure integration of Oracle solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms. 
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for Oracle projects. 
• Define and manage Oracle architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and IT capabilities. 
• Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers on Oracle-related engagements. 
• Support troubleshooting and performance tuning of Oracle databases and applications. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle architecture, development, and implementation. 
• Proven experience as a Principal Architect or similar senior technical leadership role. 
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related technologies. 
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks 
• Experience with cloud migrations, hybrid architectures, and Oracle Cloud applications. 
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to lead large-scale, complex Oracle implementations and upgrades. 
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Master, Oracle Cloud certifications) preferred.
