Role 
We are looking for a seasoned Associate Director – Platform Services to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of enterprise platforms including Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow. The successful candidate will oversee platform integration, optimization, and innovation to drive business transformation and operational excellence. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise platforms such as Oracle Solutions , Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform), Salesforce and ServiceNow. 
• Develop and execute platform strategies that align with organizational goals and drive digital transformation. 
• Manage and mentor platform teams including architects, consultants, developers, and DB administrators. 
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems. 
• Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for platform usage, security, and compliance. 
• Collaborate closely with business units, IT leadership, and external vendors to optimize platform capabilities and service delivery. 
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations to maximize platform value. 
• Drive automation, process improvement, and adoption of new features across platforms. 
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability. 
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing enterprise platforms. 
• Experience managing implementations and integrations. 
• Proven ability to lead complex platform projects and cross-functional teams. 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills. 
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
