Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program. HPE offers you a highly dynamic, fast-paced, professional working environment and the chance to develop the skills you have gained at university in a real business environment. During your internship you will not only apply these skills in the IT industry, but also acquire a range of abilities to contribute to the business whilst working alongside industry professionals. Throughout the program, you'll have regular training and one-to-one meetings with your manager. Working together, you'll set goals and plot your development. And with our open-plan offices and friendly working culture, you'll have the chance to learn from senior managers who can help you in your future career.

HPE’s Customer Experience & Business Process Improvement team (CX & BPI) is a team of experienced internal consultants who solve complex problems for HPE’s Operations team. We change processes, drive transformation in the company and champion customer experience.

Here’s what your internship could look like:

The Customer Experience & Business Process Improvement team (CX & BPI) Internship is a project-based work assignment that may include:

• Team up: Collaborating with teams across HPE’s businesses to support strategic initiatives and learn from experienced professionals.
• Dig into data: Assisting in cross-functional projects by gathering data, analysing trends, and helping design practical solutions under guidance.
• Join the party: Participating in team discussions to understand complex business challenges and contribute fresh perspectives.
• Improve the status quo: Supporting process improvement efforts by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting enhancements.
• Turn feedback into action: Helping translates stakeholder feedback into actionable insights to support program alignment and prioritization.
• Support change: Contributing to change management activities such as preparing communications and supporting stakeholder engagement.
• Be a content creator: Creating clear and engaging updates, presentations, or reports to share project progress with internal teams.

Education And Experience Required:

You might be currently pursuing a degree in:

• Business (Supply Chain, Ops, MIS, Finance, Marketing/Comms)
• Computer Science or Engineering (Industrial, Computer, etc.)
• Economics or Languages, why not Political studies.
