Ok, Sounds Promising. What Will I Be Doing?

You’ll provide product expertise and deliver onboarding and training. By understanding challenges and speaking the language of both customers and partners, you’ll ensure everyone can confidently adopt and maximise the value of the Sweep platform. You’ll work independently on suitable projects, with experienced team members always available for guidance if you need it.

To be more specific, this includes:

  1. 1. Customer Implementation & Technical Delivery 🔧
  2.  2. Enablement, Content Creation & Training 📚
  3.  3. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Support 📅
  4. 4. Sustainability Advisory & Product Feedback 🌱
  5. 5. Customer & Partner Relationship Building 💚
  • Take ownership of customer implementation tasks and projects appropriate to your level, running onboarding and implementation sessions and workshops tailored to customer use cases.
  • Independently handle core project responsibilities.
  • Engage in project activities such as data integration, continuously developing your expertise and learning to anticipate common challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Sweep Delivery team and wider ecosystem for advanced topics, ensuring projects run smoothly.
  • Document and share learnings and best practices with the team.
  • Take ownership of the creation, maintenance, and improvement of enablement materials (guides, presentations, FAQs) for customers and partners.
  • Deliver onboarding, implementation, and training sessions for customers and partners, adapting your approach to their needs.
  • Support and enable external consulting partners, resellers, and managed services partners; taking responsibility for your assigned activities.
  • Share platform tips and best practices to help all users get the most from Sweep.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and partners, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of enablement materials and approaches.
  • Manage aspects of project planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination for your projects, taking initiative and responsibility.
  • Proactively identify and raise potential risks or blockers, ensuring smooth transitions and handovers between teams and partners.
  • Apply your sustainability knowledge to help customers and partners understand how Sweep supports their goals.
  • Independently gather and document feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to help improve the platform.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and partners, acting as their main contact for your projects and responsibilities.
  • Provide responsive, solution-focused support, escalating complex issues as needed, but taking the lead wherever possible.
  • Champion customer and partner autonomy, helping them achieve measurable sustainability outcomes and independence on the Sweep platform.

Note:

You will be staffed on projects that match your experience and growth objectives. We believe in giving everyone real ownership, so you’ll have the chance to lead and make decisions; while always having access to experienced team members for support, mentorship, and guidance.
