Title: Verification and AVnV manager

About The Job

You will be part of the team which charter to develop wireless MCU solutions for PE, Industrial, Automotive market segment. As part of your role, you will be leading DV and AVV activities for at least 2 devices in parallel. This comes along with people responsibilities.

You will be a core member in a design team driving flawless execution, while finding innovative design architecture and solutions to customers’ problems through “out of the box thinking” to deliver highly differentiated products.

  • Lead SoC Verification and validation for cutting edge Connectivity devices

  • Identify and drive methodologies to improve the quality and efficiency of verification and pre/post-silicon validation

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for driving SoC DV and AVnV (Pre/Post silicon, FPGA, Palladium)
  • Support verification/validation leads for power aware verification, GLS, AMS flows, Palladium and FPGA activities
  • RTL and GLS regression and follow-up with tracking of the various activities. Run coverage and meet the defined coverage(coverage & functional) goals
  • Result driven attitude who can work with dynamically evolving requirements
  • Ability to participate and conduct design reviews
  • Ability to mentor the team members and partner with them for their career goals and growth.
  • Ability to drive results from team even without having complete command on domain
  • Good interaction with cross site teams of Digital Design team, s/w team, Analog Designers, and rest of the team
  • Innovate & drive new and improved design verification methodologies where needed, work with the EDA team to upgrade tools and flows
  • Interacting with Test/Silicon Validation/Application Engineering team to ensure successful use of products and support customer applications debug/analysis
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Ability to support Software & ROM team on silicon bring-up, debug etc
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
