Assistant Executive Officer (25260234)

The appointee is expected to (a) provide administrative and operational support to the Division’s teaching and research-related activities; (b) responsible in curriculum-related and admission duties; (c) organise various recruitment and student activities as well as school events; (d) handle students’ enquiries; (e) liaise with internal units and external bodies; and (f) perform other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience. Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua, and proficiency in computer software applications is required. The appointee should be meticulous, attentive to details, and able to handle multi-tasks. The appointee should be a self-starter and team player with a keen interest in working with people of different cultural backgrounds. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Shortlisted candidates would be invited to have the written tests. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed term contract of 1 year commencing as soon as possible. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
