In Finance, we ensure the integrated management of both ordinary and extraordinary financial activities at Group level. We oversee administrative, accounting, and financial statement processes, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and optimizing credit management and treasury operations. A primary focus is placed on integrating accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of acquired companies, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the Group.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze large volumes of financial data to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities using advanced statistical techniques and predictive models, contributing to the definition of realistic and measurable objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations) to ensure analyses are aligned with business goals and data is accurately interpreted and utilized.
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations, presenting results to non-technical stakeholders through interactive dashboards and customized reports.
  • Monitor and enhance the quality of financial data by improving data ingestion, cleansing, and normalization processes to ensure reliable analysis.
  • Support financial governance through cost analysis, margin evaluation, cash flow monitoring, and other KPIs, contributing to investment strategies and cost containment initiatives.
  • Automate reporting and control processes. 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting or within Controlling and/or FP&A departments of structured organizations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Good command of English.
