About Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Security Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security practices adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will manage security compliance audits, develop and implement security policies, and work closely with various departments and vendors to maintain and enhance the security posture. Responsibilities:

• Security Management: Oversee physical security protocols, manage incident responses, and perform threat and risk analysis.
• Security Policies: Implement security measures for company personnel and asset protection, manage media handling/destruction, oversee hardware decommissioning and vendor operations, and support physical audits.
• Access Control: Handle internal and external access requests, audit access controls, manage permissions, and review logs.
• CCTV System Administration: Supervise security camera systems.
• Shipment Management: Ensure compliance with inbound/outbound shipments, validate courier deliveries, and assess hand carries.
• Operations: Collaborate with various teams to enhance processes, review infrastructure maintenance impacts, and assess operation performance.
• Data Record Management: Track requests through ticketing systems, associate project tickets, and support process improvements.
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary contact for security-related vendor queries, manage access control and site activities, perform audits, and coordinate vendor logistics and reviews.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher required; a degree in a technical field is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Telecommunications, CDN, or Data Center environment strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of data center operations, hardware and software security protocols, and risk mitigation strategies
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset; willing to work flexible hours as needed
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates initiative, embraces challenges, and takes ownership of problem-solving
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking/project management tools
