We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Vice President in Client Onboarding and Reference Data Services ("CORDS"), to manage query resolution, oversee metrics and reporting, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Vice President level within the Firmwide operations division.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Oversight and guidance to India Centre GTI teams for regional projects and contribute to global initiatives from India Centre perspective.
  • Prioritize and manage workflows, ensuring adequate resource allocation and timely delivery.
  • Provide strategic leadership for direct reports, helping to prioritize tasks and manage workloads.
  • Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance on both personal and work-related matters.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure GTI teams within India are joined up with rest of CORDS teams within India Center
  • Create awareness within CORDS of GTI teams’ initiatives in India Center
  • Conduct regular team huddles, daily checkpoints, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Delegate tasks and provide oversight on complex or high-impact projects, ensuring team members can manage elements of the change process.
  • Act as a key liaison for key stakeholders, including Global Financial Crimes (GFC), Financial Crime Risk (FCR), Change the bank (CTB), Run the bank (RTB), and technology.
  • Work with regional GTI teams to ensure appropriate prioritization of GTI initiatives within India Centre.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, key escalations, and any challenges to senior leadership.
  • Address any roadblocks or urgent issues by working closely with teams and ensuring quick resolution

  • Proven leadership experience in managing regional or global projects, with a focus on change management. Strong understanding of compliance, financial crime, and technology processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-region initiatives. Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly in liaising with compliance, advisory, and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including handling personnel matters and fostering team growth. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in workflow and resource management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ensure documentation and information is complete, accurate, and timely.
