Ready to own your territory and make an impact? We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow Cleanaway’s footprint across the region. You’ll be out on the road meeting new customers, uncovering opportunities, and driving sustainable waste solutions that make a real difference.

What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Hunting for new business opportunities and converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Building strong relationships with small to medium sized businesses across a variety of different industries.
- Promoting Cleanaway’s sustainable approach to waste management.
- Developing and executing sales strategies that deliver real growth.
- Owning your pipeline, from lead generation through to closing the deal.
- Keeping your CRM (Salesforce) up to date with opportunities and activity.
What You’Ll Bring:
You’re a team player who is energetic and passionate about sales. You’re at your best when you’re out meeting people, solving problems, and driving results.
We’Re Looking For Someone With:
- A true hunter mindset – you love the chase and won’t stop until the deal’s done.
- Business development experience or the confidence to step up into it.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with influence.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Resilience, enthusiasm, and the drive to exceed sales targets.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
