Job Summary:
The Business Analyst role is a highly skilled individual contributor who will provide support in developing solutions and driving programs and initiatives focused on improving operational excellence and overall business performance and harmonization. S/he will help streamline and improve processes by facilitating projects driving operational strategies and objectives. This role will work and coordinate with multiple workstreams and stakeholders to provide overall support for the successful delivery of the key priorities of Insurance and Healthcare Operations teams.
Accountabilities:
The role is accountable in managing and delivering the following areas:
- Operational Excellence and harmonization – S/he/They will be part of the development and implementation of robust operating models for key operational excellence initiatives such as account management, capacity analysis, cost management, customer experience and revenue growth. S/he/They will support in conceptualizing solutions, driving standardization and innovative solutions aimed to address identified operational gaps.
- Metrics, Reporting and Analytics – S/he/They will leverage analytics solutions to provide data-driven recommendations aimed to drive improvements in metrics standardization and overall business performance reporting.
- Executive reports, presentation – S/he/They will provide assistance in creating operational reports from data gathering to presentation delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor'S Degree Holder.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Has good understanding of the reports submitted to stakeholders with the ability to provide insights as well as analyze and interpret its results.
- Strong familiarity with the BPO or Shared Services industry key performance metrics with good understanding of its definitions, calculations and recommended targets and able to recognize what methodologies are appropriate to present its data and interpret results.
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual with proven ability to influence and engage the team in delivering best-in-class support to stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge Operations Standards and other industry-recognized operating models.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and deductive reasoning skills.
- Ability to work with management teams to translate high-level business plans into action steps and reporting solutions.
- Sound organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work/communicate with all levels of management.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Process mapping and workflow development and maintenance experience desirable.
- Lean, Six Sigma, COPC knowledge and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus but not required.
