Description
Vistra is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to provide program management support for the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Guide day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvements
- Shape and inform the organization’s vision, strategy, and long-term goals while ensuring operational efficiency through streamlined workflows and processes
- Manage and enhance SharePoint, knowledge management systems, SOPs and website content, and provide oversight for special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- As needed, identify opportunities for technology enhancement across the office, such as automation and other innovations, and manage the development and implementation process
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years in business operations, business process improvement and/or program management support
- Experience using Excel for business process improvement and data analysis
- Experience with SharePoint, knowledge management, and/or website content administration
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify process improvements and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading technology enhancements, including automation or workflow tools
- Familiarity with government or public-sector operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
- Experience working in a military environment or with military personnel
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
