The role:

The role of our Service Manager is to drive our business forward by developing and growing your service territory through strong team leadership. You will build and maintain solid customer relationships, enhance customer experience, increase profitability, and develop capability within your team. Responsibilities include leading and supporting your people, engaging with customers to add value to their relationship with us, developing and delivering plans aligned to organisational strategy, maximising operational profitability, and providing accurate reporting and forecasting.
 

What We Are Looking For:

• A mechanical / technical background in the heavy equipment, or related, industry
• A confident leader with great people skills – calm, approachable and able to energise and motivate remote teams
• Commercial acumen – have a clear sense of what drives results and adds value
• The energy, motivation, and commitment to drive to success and lift performance in this region 

Although Terra Cat already has a leading market presence in this region, there is plenty of opportunity to grow and diversify our business.  This role, based in Dunedin, Invercargill or Cromwell, and responsible for all three locations requires regular travel across the geographically big region.  Its an opportunity for you to establish yourself in our company and make a difference to this regions’ teams and customers.
 

A generous salary package including base salary, incentive, vehicle, subsidised medical insurance and 6% company contribution to your superannuation is offered.
