Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading key initiatives that enhance Human Capital Management system functionality and user experience as well as the day-to-day maintenance and support. You will have the opportunity to lead system implementations and drive continuous improvements that support both operational efficiency and strategic HR goals. About the Role:
- Support the implementation of Laborie’s new HRIS system, including leading assigned modules and enhancements from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
- Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for designated HRIS modules.
- Manage system updates, configurations, and testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across HR functions.
- Optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows within the system to enhance the employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of technical experience in HRIS administration, HR systems support, or HR operations with a strong systems focus.
- Expert level implementation experience with one or more major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and demonstrated experience with implementation, including configuration, testing, and post-launch support.
- Strong understanding of HR process workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits, timekeeping, and talent management.
- Certification in HRIS platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP) a plus.
- Creative problem solver who seeks to understand root causes of any situations with analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends; proficiency in data analysis and reporting
