Responsibilities
Your role as a Program Assistant, Undergraduate Programs – Law School will involve:- Support Students and Faculty: Provide daily assistance to students and professors, addressing queries and offering guidance.
- Manage Communication: Handle a high volume of emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to student inquiries.
- Coordinate Across Departments: Liaise with various departments (Registrar, Planning, Careers) to streamline program operations.
- Maintain Databases: Compile and update student information databases regularly.
- Prepare Reports: Assist in the preparation and editing of internal reports.
- Process Expenses: Handle expense reports efficiently.
- Assist in Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of events and projects throughout the academic year.
Qualifications
