• Job Title: Senior Process Associate - Finance & Accounting 
• Location: Infomate Head Office, Colombo 01
• Shift: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Timely deliver all MIS (Management Information System) related reports.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and internal controls within the department.
• Liaise with SBUs regarding all process-related matters.
• Ensure all invoice processing and credit card reconciliations are delivered accurately within the given SLA.
• Maintain a healthy CSAT score (Client Satisfaction).
• Attend to BU (Business Unit) inquiries.
• Work towards achieving set targets and deadlines.
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to the team.
• Drive Team performance and Process Improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting & finance role.
• Excellent client handling and negotiation skills.
• Following or completing a relevant degree program or professional qualification - AAT / CMA / CIMA / ACCA / CA will be an added advantage.
• Experience in processing customer invoices, supplier invoices, and journal entries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
