Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring professional support and high-quality service.
- Assist customers in choosing the most suitable products and services for their projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales action plans.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for Pharma Analytics Assays, hardware, and software adoption.
- Apply market and field data-based prospecting to identify new potential opportunities and customers.
- Support internal projects within the Bioproduction Group, from data reporting to strategy development.
- Analyze customer and market data to generate insights and support account planning.
- Manage assigned accounts and coordinate the sales process using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research and track competitors to identify growth opportunities.
People Specification
- Degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (advanced studies in health engineering and management are a plus).
- Ability to combine technical understanding with a commercial approach.
- Basic understanding of the upstream and downstream workflows in Bioproduction processes.
- Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is advantageous.
- Previous experience in sales, business development.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and a great team spirit.
