Technical Support-Silicon Molding

A Purpose Driven Role For You

To work as a Technical Support in Rapid Tooling for Plastic parts development - Should understand design requirements and ensure the parts are manufactured as perstandard/design Requirements.

A Day In The Life

• To operate SiliconMolding machine
• Mold preparation
• Quality and delivery
• Knowledge on RPTpart finishing
• Prepare partingsurface, parting lines and mold box. Operate &Trouble shoot the Vacuum casting production independently
• Trouble shooting ofdefects in moulded parts

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma (Mech)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• The ideal candidateshould have good experience in silicon molding machine handling, pouring andpart finishing
• The ideal candidateshould have good data evaluation skills
• Knowledge of tools

Behavioural Skills

• Good CommunicationSkills
• Good Planning andorganising skills
