Senior Advisory Associate - Sustainability Services

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sustainability Advisory Service Manager in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the sustainability maturity of clients.
• Conduct research and analyse data to identify potential areas for improvement in environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
• Support the development and delivery of sustainability training and educational materials for employees, stakeholders, and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business practices and decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, communications, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track progress on sustainability goals and provide regular updates to the Sustainability Product Development Manager and other team members.
• Attend industry events, workshops, and conferences to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in sustainability.
• Assist in the development and management of relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with the company's sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 7 years up of relevant experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a similar field. Internship experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and metrics, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and to work under tight deadlines
